[00:00:00] Speaker A: Take a walk with Bianca through the fire, through the faith. We walk with freedom. We walk with fulfillment. We walk with truth. We walk with purpose. And we walk with seats. [00:00:21] Speaker B: Good morning, Happy Wednesday and welcome to the power walk. You know what time it is? Yes, indeed. I just got done with my workout at the gym, which I must say I miss being there. Now. I do enjoy my aqua therapy and I'm going to be doing that tomorrow. But the mere fact that I could go to the gym and just be okay, but look how beautiful it is out here. Okay, so I'm going to spend some time and I'm going to do some jump roping and whatnot and then I'mma go because I need to be back a housewife. [00:00:57] Speaker C: Okay, if you've been missing the series, check out my page on Facebook. From Full Time Studs to Housewife. It is a series that I've created where I am doing all the things [00:01:07] Speaker B: I haven't done as a full time stud. So join me as I domesticate myself [00:01:13] Speaker C: in certain aspects and I'm here for it. I am just a girl. [00:01:17] Speaker B: So y', all, we need to have [00:01:19] Speaker C: some conversations though, because there's so much going on. I feel like every episode I record I'm like saying the same thing. It is so, so much going on. It's not gonna stop. Okay, you got the President of the United States that decided that he wanted to change a lake that was actually historically named after Native Americans and their tribe and now it's Lake America. I saw AI graphic of Donald Trump holding a Canada Dry ginger ale and it says America Dry on the can. And I'm just like, what a way to use genai. But also people asking if it's real or not. These are legitimate questions because the things that we didn't think would be real, like having the Florida Department of Education issue a memorandum saying that we need to change all textbooks and things to reflect the map. So it says Lake America and our children are struggling reading. Speaking of, I had an amazing meeting with an early childhood director educator who has been in this work for quite some time. And they are preparing to have online worksheets and things that you can do at home with your children. Because like I said, the home is the first classroom and unfortunately that is the reality. Speaking of, I did a deep dive as it relates to the state of Florida and the Attorney General having a press conference as it relates to 163 children that were recovered and there were only three arrests. I am submitting public records requests because I want to do a deep dive of the data, not to identify the children, but to figure out where these numbers are coming from. I don't know if you know, but I've been following these things. They had several operations where they've recovered a large amount of children, they say. And then I'm like, okay, so we're recovering all these children, and it keeps happening. What do we do to stop it? And I'm telling you that children are meeting people on the Internet every single day. So again, I say, parents, please be intentional and check these cell phones and know what your children have access to. Because I'm telling you, it is a dangerous place on this Internet, and you need to be intentional with what your children have access to. Okay? Okay. Now, I just want to say that I am grateful. Like, while life isn't all the things that I thought it would be, for me to be able to get up and decide how I want to navigate my day is a blessing. Me deciding what projects I want to do, who I want to align with, all of those different things, I am grateful and blessed for that. And that is something that I want to amplify and highlight that you ultimately have a choice, and you have to choose. And some of the decisions that you make today will most definitely impact you tomorrow. Whether you believe that you can or can't, you're right. It takes so much positive thoughts to cancel out a negative thought. This is brain research. This is the study of brain and metacognition and something that my best friend Kimberlin, talks a lot about. Brain research. As a scientist, I'm here to tell you, someone who has dived deep on my own journey. Y' all better clear the noise. Y' all better clear the noise. You better find your freedom and fulfillment. You better do the things that are going to give you joy. Because life is life and people are people. And I've been saying this for quite some time now, and I am telling you, okay, there's only one you. There's no one that's going to do it like you. Okay? So you'll see all these different people that are around and about, and they're doing different things, and you feel like they already doing it. Why should I? They not going to do it like you. I had a business meeting with someone yesterday, and it was a great coaching session. They acquired some digital real estate, which I've been talking a lot about that and hope that y' all are listening as I be dropping these nuggets and gems. But I have a class coming up okay, so the class is on September 8th, and the time is going to be at 8pm Eastern, and we're going to be talking about your digital real estate and auditing your digital keys and making sure that everything is in alignment. Because the cyber hacking and all of that is taking it up a notch. There's now AI tools that could literally scan through and detect passwords and are cracking these passwords faster than any human can. These bots are wilding and these bots are fighting and hacking each other. I've already said that in a previous episode. Episode. And I'm going to continue to uplift the severity of this situation just because, again, a lot of these app developers don't even know how to solve the problem. We're here now. It's not going away. So we need to adapt, we need to adjust, and we need to be intentional because it does impact you. Okay? It impacts all of us. Speaking of that, we have a lot of information that we have in the palm of our hands. Our cell phones, tablets. Some of us have wearable technology. I have smart glasses. We have smart watches. There's a lot of technology around us. And so I implore you to get the receipts using these tools. The frustration and it all of all of these different resources to get the information, and yet people choose not to. I can't focus on those people that choose not to go to the source and ask the questions and get the receipt. But for those of you that are, I thank you. Because it's too much going on for people to just make us of when we do have receipts and we do have knowledge bases and we do have the access to technology to get it, to get the receipt. Okay? And the last thing that I'm going to end you with is y'. [00:07:02] Speaker B: All. [00:07:02] Speaker C: In this vital season, there are so many people that have reached out to me about the things that are happening in their school site. And please understand that I am only one person. It's only so much that I can personally look into. I'm going to be teaching a class as it relates to. How do you properly document. Because in some of the cases that have recently came across my desk, accountability could. How do I want to say this? We can truly hold people more accountable if we have proper documentation. Some folks are just having conversations with people, but that's not documented. You're not following up with a written correspondence to summarize what y' all discuss. So it's in black and white. What someone says today might not be what they say tomorrow. I'm A living witness to that. When I had the incident with my car and the people was like, yeah, we responsible. They later told the insurance that they wasn't. And guess who had to pay the deductible at the end of the day? Me. So what someone says today might not be what they say tomorrow. Which means it's important that you timestamp and that you document because it's very, very important that in the season that we do, because people will be quickly to say, I didn't say that, or that wasn't how that was supposed to come across. But if you had documentation to summariz what you interpret and giving them an option to correct the record if there was a mistake or something was misunderstood, you would have better leverage when it comes to holding people accountable, particularly in verbal situations. Okay, so this is something that I'm going to teach and show because it's important, because it's a lot going on out here and you need to protect you. There was someone that posted today and they were like all this back and forth about Democrats and Republicans and meanwhile, I don't even know what's safe to eat. And it's more expensive for me to live, although my wages then get higher in order to sustain it. It's not sustainable. When I tell you the dollar as it relates to where I am, the number just fluctuates. And of course, supply, demand, economics, I get all the principal concepts, but the concept also is it's not sustainable. Look at how much debt that the United States is in just in one month. I'll post a receipt so that you can see it. Y' all gotta figure out a plan that's gonna work best for you. That's all I'm gonna say. So let me go back to do my jump roping. And like I said, I had an amazing workout. And just being out here just feels so good and amazing. Getting the sun in and just truly living life like freedom and fulfillment is what I've been talking about for some years now due to a traumatic incident. And when I turn trauma into purpose, when I turn pain into purpose, the key is purpose. You have a purpose, so please know what that is. Make intentional steps for it each day so that you could have a free and fulfilled life, whatever that looks like for you, because only you are going to know that answer. And there's only one you. So live it up. Enjoy. And until next time, peace [00:10:04] Speaker A: up. Speak up, show up. We walk with freedom. Feel me. We walk with you. And we walk worthy. Lace up. Speak up. Show up.
