[00:00:00] Speaker A: Take a walk with Bianca through the fire, through the faith. We walk with freedom, we walk with fulfillment, we walk with truth, [00:00:14] Speaker B: we walk [00:00:15] Speaker A: with purpose and we walk with. [00:00:21] Speaker B: So just wanted to take a moment to just again say thank you to my surveillance cameras, my equalizers, my digital guardians. I just really appreciate you and I'm going to constantly say that and I also just want to thank the people in my village in orbit during this time. As I'm on the accountability tour, I am talking about things that are deeply personal in which some people might have opinions as it relates to that. And while have your opinions, it is my story, it is my life, it is something that I've been documenting, something that I have been using to help other people and I will continue to use my voice and amplify the things that God has called me to. So while there are some people that have parasocial relationships with individuals, please understand that this is my real life, that what I'm sharing with you is things that I had to go through, had to unpack, had to heal from. And I'm really excited for my recording of the podcast Heal that Shit tomorrow for my equalizers and digital guardians. You'll have a link. So watch that as we do the live recording and it's available to everybody on Saturday afternoon at 5pm Eastern Standard Time for p.m. central. So I'm really, really excited for that episode to come out. I share the story of how I met Kimberlyn and the advocacy journey as it relates to me connecting with her due to what I saw in the media based on what a school board member had did to her which continued to harass her and to cause controversy and problems for her after the fact. So it's so interesting how people will forget history when they say oh such and such should have been in the seat instead of such and such. As if there wasn't a whole ordeal of a black woman trying to get another black woman fired from their job. If she didn't have her screenshots, [00:02:29] Speaker C: the [00:02:29] Speaker B: outcome would have been significantly different for her based on how the school board member did it. So I just also need to make sure we level set. I read a post from school board member Jessica Vaughn and she's like I am deeply impacted by this situation and the situation I'm referring to is the doll hanging incident and just all the things with that. And mind you, there are other situations that are happening as well. I was just sent a post of an educator. His name is Mr. Wilson and allegedly he put his hands around the child's neck. He was fired and the grandmother posted on social media asking for accountability to [00:03:13] Speaker C: make sure that he is actually getting charges. So I reached out to the grandmother as it relates to the situation. I will look forward to updates, but I don't know. I don't know the solution, y'. [00:03:25] Speaker B: All. [00:03:27] Speaker C: And while I say voting is important and that everyone should because our ancestors fought so hard for that, I also know that just voting is not going to solve the problem either because there's a profit in the problem. And a lot of us are looking left and right as it relates to these conflicts. And we're not looking up top, the billionaires, the folks that own a lot of these things and holding them accountable for paying their fair share or treating consumers with respect or honoring our environment and those things that people care about that are important. But we have billionaires and million dollar corporations that are not honoring that and who do. How do we hold them accountable to that? Right? Something has to give, something has to change. It's not sustainable. Been saying that. So how do you move forward knowing that it's not sustainable? How do you continue to advocate knowing that it's not sustainable? This is the complex situation I've been in. I'm seeing all the things that are happening to education. Meanwhile, they're stripping funding from education and adding more funding to the situation. Is it going to help the problem? And me amplifying it and just talking about it is not going to necessarily help the problem. So what do I do? And I'm sure some of you have your own roles and you should because it's important. And you might be wondering what your effectiveness is as it relates to those roles. And that is perfectly normal. I'm here to tell you to continue going on your fight, your journey, what God has called you to do. That's all I can say. I am grateful that I'm able to have the impact that I have. I am thankful for the relationships that I've built as I have been an investigative reporter for years now. I am thankful for the love that I have received and grateful for the opportunities that I have. But I must say, and I must share, y' all buckle up. It's only gonna continue. Y' all buckle up. Okay, characters on the ballot, y'. All. And I mean that deeply in so many ways. Character is on the ballot. Be intentional down the ballot, please. The folks that are educators that are looking to leave the classroom and creating their own system, we got to be able to support them. But also I'm also seeing how Some of this money is being cut. You have parents that decided that they wanted to homeschool their children. They was able to get so much money in that process, and then the homeschooling wasn't working for them. So then they ended up putting their child back into a school, and guess what? They got to keep that homeschooling money. Hey, guess what? Depending on what school they went to, that child may or may not have been counted, and that child may or may not have funding attached to them, and that child may or may not be receiving an education with quality. So we need so much, and I'm not about to sit here on this Internet and act like I have all the answers and what we need to do to fix this. I just can't recognize that we all have different ideas and we all have our own roles, and we all have our own gifts, and we all have our own mission and purpose in life, and we just got to find that and do that. That's what I do know. I do know that God has called me on an assignment, and that's what I'm doing. And while there are times I was distracted and just not in the position to listen, I tell you, boy, God will make sure that you're obedient. If you know, you know. But, you know, I. I just thank God. So, you know, all in all, I don't know what to tell you other than it's important to go get the receipts, it's important to ask questions, and it's also important to be quiet if you don't have receipts and information, because just talking, just to. Speak your truth, but also have some substance and. And have a receipt with it, too. Okay? Like, please. I just think about the people that are struggling and the people that are just trying to make it, and the people that are literally like, I am at my last. And I'm trying to make this work. I'm trying to help. I'm trying to help others, and I am struggling. And then you have elected leaders and organization leaders that go on the Internet and they lie about the things that they do and the things that they say. When there are receipts, [00:08:50] Speaker B: I am sending a love, light and peace. And again, thank y' all for watching the powerwall. Thank you for listening to the powerwall. Thank you for rating the podcast and just listening to the things I have to say. And the fact that this is a twice nationally listed podcast means so much to me. And the fact that we're ranked in two categories is phenomenal. And again, thank you to Million podcasts and also just I'm just thankful for this life that I have and the privilege to be able to spend my morning like this doing aqua therapy, recording a podcast and preparing for today's adventures. So again I just want to uplift in this accountability tour to be very intentional with what you watch and what you consume and who you follow and what parasocial relationships develop as it relates to that because I'm telling you I've learned some valuable lessons in this season and I'm just grateful to be on the other side of some of them. But people I receives don't and I'm going to continue to say that because it's true. Okay, until next time. Peace. Bye. [00:10:25] Speaker A: Fulfillment. We walk with truth we walk with purpose and we walk with. Lace up speak up show up we walk with freedom we walk with truth we walk with purpose and we walk with receipts a lace up speak up show up.
