[00:00:00] Speaker A: Take a walk with Bianca through the fire, through the paper. We walk with freedom. We walk with fulfillment. We walk with truth. We walk with purpose. And we walk with seats. [00:00:22] Speaker B: Yes, indeed, the morning. Happy Friday and welcome to the power walk. You know what time it is? I've taken the time to record this almost three times. And the following times I just shook my head because there's so much to say and really don't even know how to really articulate it all because I am still actively processing. So what I will say is, y', all, it's so much that's going on. There's just a lot of discord and divisiveness. And a part of that is because people are struggling. Like, I'm receiving pictures of what it costs to get groceries in certain communities and people can't afford to eat. And then there's people that will take the time to go back and forth on the Internet when y'. All. Freedom of speech is a thing, okay? And while we do have freedom of speech, we also need to be intentional with our words and how we communicate to each other. It's, it's. It's wild work to see. It is wild word to see. And there's a lot of selective outrage and participation, truly. But I'm going to tell you this, that in this season, it's okay to start over. In this season, it's okay to dream differently. In this season, it's okay. It's okay. It's okay be okay, because life is life and people are peopling. But God, y' all see my fine girlfriend. Snd. It's so beautiful, y'. [00:02:15] Speaker A: All. [00:02:15] Speaker B: Like I said, people just trying to survive out here, and we can't have selective outrage and participation. So I'm daring you to dream. On one of the previous episodes, I'll have to figure out which one. But there was an exercise that I had wanted y' all to do, and it was to sit in stillness for 15 minutes and to just dream, be uninterrupted, Put your phone away. If you need pencil and paper to write notes of things that come up, do that. But 15 minutes, complete stillness, Nothing. And giving your brain space. We are so over consumed with the things on our phones, on our computers, on the tv, just the different screens. The different screens. And the screens are killing us and our children. So we need to be very intentional. They say the higher your screen time, the more that you experience mental health challenges. And as someone who's had to take a social media detox several times over, I'm telling you from experience to protect your peace. Log off, go outside, touch grass, get into some water. You see where I'm at? Okay, do that and challenge yourself because. Yeah, I don't know. I don't know if y' all saw the report of the fiscal oversight of the United States and what Ron DeSantis said about it as it relates to Doge, but there's people in office that are making decisions for the quote, unquote people. But I don't. I don't think it's the everyday working people. I think it's the people that are running the show. And if you follow the money, you see. But. All right, y', all, I gotta keep moving. I'm sending y' all love, light and peace. Y', all, please be intentional. Please protect your peace, protect each other. Like I said, it's a lot of divisiveness that's happening, and some is warranted and needed. But also, I just. I just think about our children at the end of the day. So until next time, peace. [00:04:47] Speaker A: Speak up. Show up. True. Everyone, Speak up. Show up.
