[00:00:00] Is Friday.
[00:00:07] Whoo. Yes, indeed. All right. So today is a beautiful day to go out and move your body, and you already know what it is. It's time for the Power Walk. Okay. Oh, boy. I must say, I'm very proud of myself because I was able to get the Power Walk in podcast format. Got a cover. It's being uploaded. And next week, I will be able to tell y'all that y'all can find the Power Walk on Apple podcast, Spotify, our iHeartRadio, and other places where you find your podcast. Yes, indeed. So there have been people that have been asking how to start a podcast. How do I get started? What do I need to do? What equipment do I need? What are best practices? Well, I created an ebook and I'm offering one on one support at a price, of course. But if you want to get it done, consider me your accountability partner and we'll walk step by step to make sure that you get it done from start to finish, and you'll be on your way. You can use our design team to design it, or you can use other tools that are out there available in the marketplace. Inspiration for my podcast was from ChatGPT, and then I was able to go on Canva and design it from there, and I might change up the design, I don't know. But done is better than perfect, and it's never going to be perfect. So knowing that, just do it, just post it. Because there are some podcast covers that's out there that need some work. So just know that you can always enhance it, but you can't enhance something that you haven't created or have done. So do it. Start. If you need assistance in that, you can go to my
[email protected] podcast and you'll see a whole bunch of things that I have listed there for you. It's still under construction. It's still working and building and evolving, but even links to the tech tools that I use, podcast equipment that I use, and I'm an Amazon influencer. So when you make the purchase, it does help me to continue this operation and to provide this information and provide value. So check it out. Www.biancagullsbee.com forward slash podcast. All right, so today is a day that I desire y'all, and I desire us to sit in some stillness for 22 minutes. You're like, why 22? It's very specific. So you're gonna set a timer for 22 minutes. All notifications, off, TV, off, computer, off.
[00:02:45] It's gonna be you and A piece of paper. It could be your journal, it could be a notebook that you have just for your ideas, or it could be a sheet of paper. Totally up to you on how you want to do this activity. However, the challenge is to set the timer for 22 minutes. You have a rider utensil and something to write on, and you dream. In those 22 minutes, there's no prompt. It's you sitting with your thoughts, dreaming and writing down the things that you want to capture and remember in this moment of stillness, of intentional stillness. The purpose of this exercise does a lot of different things, but one, it shifts your mind to a state of peace for just a moment. When I did this exercise the first time, it took me a while for my brain to actually be still. I would sit there as time is ticking, and while I should be dreaming, I'm thinking about the things that I need to do after the 22 minutes is over. And that's not helpful. And I'm telling you these things so that you can be mindful of it as you enter into it. Taking 22 minutes to sit and dream. The essential question always is, what does freedom and fulfillment look like for you? And I talk about the three Fs freedom, fulfillment, and fearlessness. So how can you experience freedom and fulfillment fearlessly? What does that look like? If you aren't afraid to fail publicly, what would you do differently? If anything, if you aren't holding on to any beliefs that doubt your abilities and what you can achieve, what would you do and accomplish today if there was no barrier that was in your way? These are some things to think about. But just dream. The affirmation today is, it's very simple. I am enough and have everything I need to achieve all of my desires. I am enough. With that being said, take some time for you today, whether that's right after you listen to this and watch this, or maybe you schedule some time on your calendar. Maybe this is something that you do tonight. I'm not sure. Whenever you're watching this, whenever you're listening to this, because you might not actually listen to this on the date that this was recorded. You might actually see this later, which is totally fine. You don't need to be by any devices other than the device that's being used to log your time so that you can hear it. Other than that, no phones, no computers. Set a timer for 22 minutes and sit, stand, walk around, but reflect in stillness. Don't listen to nothing. Don't put no music on.
[00:05:26] Silence. If you have an area where you could close the door and isolate yourself. Do that. If you need to go outside and be in the backyard, do that, whatever that looks like for you. I'm giving you examples because there's people that be like, well, how am I going to get 22 minutes of uninterrupted time? You create that intentionally so that you could sit there and dream and write out the things that you want to remember in this experience. And if you even want to take it up a notch after the 22 minutes and after you finish making your notes and you dream, you pray about it, you ask God to bring you clarity on what your next steps are. You ask God to guide you and then create a video journal. Particularly the folks that want to start a podcast. Some folks are afraid to be on camera. Some folks want to speak the things and say the things. But just the mere thought of being on camera and people seeing them and being perceived, that's a whole nother conversation for another day. But for those of you that want to use your voice and you want to have a podcast and you want to share your thoughts and you want to help people and you want to be able to connect, these exercises that I will continue to uplift in this series will help you. These exercises help me, and I'm here to help you. Spread joy, spread love, spread peace. There's a lot going on. And remember, I am enough. You are enough. We are enough. And you will achieve your goals. You will. Bye.
